I serve as the captain of the entire Market Center and have a track record of inspiring leadership. I know and embody the belief that a strong business comes from agents who are healthy in both their personal and professional lives. To that end, my role as a problem solver, is to exhibit a coaching approach to leadership, and truly care for the people I work with.

My day is varied and fast-paced. I am looking to recruit excellent agents that demonstrate the value proposition of Keller Williams and bring them into the brokerage. I will serve as a trainer and coach to our sales agents, empowering them towards higher production and fulfilling lives. I bring energy and a compelling vision to the brokerage and effectively communicate and inspire our colleagues.
